As we look ahead to 2026, we wanted to share a brief update on an important milestone for the business.
After many years at the helm, our founder Shaun will be stepping back and retiring from the day-to-day running of the company. Shaun has played a defining role in shaping who we are, the relationships we value, and the standard of work we are known for. His impact will be felt for years to come, and we are hugely grateful for the foundations he has built.
From 2026, the business will be led by Adam, Lloyd and Greg, who together have been instrumental in driving the company forward over recent years. This is very much an evolution rather than a departure. The team, the values, and the commitment to our clients remain exactly the same.
From a customer perspective, nothing changes. The people you work with, the way we operate, and the level of care and attention you expect from us all continue as normal. If anything, this transition gives us even more momentum as we invest in the future and sharpen our focus on doing great work with good people.
We are genuinely excited about what lies ahead. 2026 marks a new chapter for the business, built on strong foundations and a clear sense of direction. We look forward to continuing the journey with our clients, partners and collaborators as we move into the next phase together.
