Superconduct might be a relatively new name, but our story goes back more than 40 years. We grew from an agency founded on doing good work, looking after clients and building relationships that last. The tools have changed beyond recognition. Those principles haven’t.
Today, we’re led by Adam Jennings, Lloyd Shand and Greg Forrest, three people who came through the agency themselves and now carry it forward. Between us, we’ve spent years learning what makes good work better, what makes client relationships last and what gets in the way of both. We’ve built the kind of agency we want to work in: senior people close to the work, strategy and creativity kept together, honest challenge when it’s needed, and care that doesn’t stop at launch. The aim is simple: make better work, build stronger brands and stay close enough to see what that work actually does.
01 - Care about the work
If our name’s on it, the details matter.
02 - Stay close
The same senior people, from the first conversation onwards.
03 - Ask better questions
The first answer is rarely the whole answer.
04 - Find what’s true
Good brands come from the business, not from copying the category.
05 - Think before making
Creativity is stronger when there’s a reason behind it.
06 - Make it unmistakable
Competent isn’t enough. It should feel like it could only belong to you.
07 - Challenge constructively
Better work needs honest conversations.
08 - Build for real life
A brand has to work beyond the presentation.
09 - Keep evolving
Experience matters. Standing still doesn’t.
10 - Stay for the long term
Launch is where the brand starts earning.
